Sales Tax Exemption Information
Resale Certificate Requirements for Wholesale Printables Customers
To avoid being charged sales tax on your purchases from Wholesale Printables, you must keep a valid resale certificate or applicable sales tax exemption documentation on file. Each state has its own regulations, and below you’ll find guidelines to ensure your account remains tax-exempt for business transactions.
Since this is regulated by each State, check the list for the State(s) you are doing business with for guidance below.
Once your have your certificate, you can upload it on our website. For existing accounts:
- Click on the login (person) icon in top right of the page.
- Choose Account
- Click on Update Sales Tax Certificate

Louisiana
Louisiana requires a separate certificate issued by the State. It is free and can be obtained from the Louisiana Department of Revenue on their website. For more information, see the Louisiana Department of Revenue FAQ.
To obtain a certificate, follow these steps:
- Log into LaTAP.
- From the Summary or Favorites page, locate the sales tax account that requires the resale exemption certificate.
- Click “More” at the bottom of the list (to the right of the account number).
- Click “Apply for a Resale Certificate”.
- Follow the prompts and submit.
- Print/Save the Resale Certificate file.
- Upload the certificate as described above.
Mississippi
- Sales tax exemptions are automatic for registered businesses.
- Submit your Sales Tax Registration to demonstrate exemption status.

Alabama
- Apply through the Alabama Department of Revenue.
- Look for the State Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption (Form STE-1), issued for wholesalers and other product-based exemptions.

Arkansas
- Sales tax exemptions are automatic for registered businesses.
- However, you must still completed a form and send it to the vendor (us).
- Fill out the Arkansas Exemption Certificate (F0003).
- Instructions follow the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement guidelines.
Texas
- Sales tax exemptions are automatic for registered businesses.
- However, you must still completed a form and send it to the vendor (us).
- Fill out the Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate (Form 01-339).
- Provide the completed form to Wholesale Printables to confirm your exemption.
Other States
- Consult your State Department of Revenue for guidance on obtaining a sales tax exemption certificate for wholesalers.
